Such content is generally published with long-term visibility in mind; but no guarantee whatsoever expressed or implied is made regarding publishing time or exposure length, and information may be deleted at any time, altered in part, or changed in its entirety at any time without notice. No promise is made, expressed or implied, regarding whether any information or content will be filed, maintained, transferred, copied, and/or indexed by any search engine, outside company, third-party entity, or any other website; and content indexing by Google or other search engines is not in any way promised or guaranteed. Advertorial images, communications, guest posts, or sponsored content of any kind may be treated in a stand-alone manner, and no promise or guarantee whatsoever is made that content will be linked or in any way promoted from any other source including but not limited to internal webpage(s), external website(s), search engines, social media accounts, online platforms, or other location(s) of any kind. Content may also be edited for clarity or brevity; and periodically we may choose to make updates and/or edits to any element of the webpage including the addition, removal, and/or relocation of any amount of published text, images, graphics, hyperlinks, and/or URL. If, after publication of a third party link, we perceive that content at the destination URL has changed significantly and/or is no longer suitable for our audience, we reserve the right to remove the link without refund or buyer recourse of any type. Any fees collected by The Flash List for media coverage or promotional services are considered to be payment for the first-time physical act of publication processing only and should not to be considered a guarantee of online exposure of any type unless expressed in writing, and any such publication agreement is limited to a designated period of time not to exceed one year. Amounts owed to The Flash List are payable in advance or upon receipt of invoice, and payment is nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer long-term payment terms of monies owed to us, and we reserve the right to charge a late fee of $20 USD per week per line item of service included on invoices or expressed via email, telephone, or other communication if such amount is not paid within 48 hours of the time that the amount-due notification is sent from us and/or our partner affiliate(s). If any request to edit a third-party invoice (e.g. PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe, etc.) results in the need to cancel and reissue an invoice, an additional $10 reinvoicing fee will be charged. Partial payment amounts will be applied first toward any outstanding amounts owed or late fees or administrative fees and then to editorial publication fees, and any unpaid or partially-unpaid content may be removed, taken offline, replaced with a notice of nonpayment, or otherwise altered until full payment is received. Any amount overages received will be accepted as gratuity or reconciled at our sole discretion via a limited-time credit offer to expire after reasonable attempt(s) make contact and/or after three months of noncommunication or dormancy. If payment has not been received after five business days, ordered content will be taken offline and deleted; and payment will remain due for the publication processing services performed. Online content may be reinstated when full payment is received including late fees and any other associated fees. If a prepaid publication order request is placed online for content which contains unaccepted links, topics, or other content that is subsequently rejected by The Flash List, a $10 processing fee shall be deducted from any refund of the balance of funds paid.
