The options for date-night activities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex are extremely varied and utterly endless. Dallas by Chocolate offers a variety of indulgent foodie tours on Valentine's Day and year round. Current options include the Champagne and Chocolate Tour, Decadent Valentine's Dreams Chocolate Tour, The Vegan Valentine Tour, and more. During the Valentine Rhythms
Wine, Bites, Dessert, and Jazz Experience, attendees can enjoy a sensational wine tasting at one of Dallas' finest wine bars and appetizers including a charcuterie board, cheese board, and pizza. Then guests board a heated motorcoach (stocked with great beverages, or you can bring wine purchased at the wine bar) and it's off to several terrific dessert venues before returning to the wine bar for live jazz by the Mark McKenzie group. Let's Roam Scavenger Hunt
From scavenger hunts and bar crawls to date nights and colorful adventures, you can now select from among four tours in Dallas and spend time roaming around. Walk from landmark to landmark to discover art, culture, and history; or search plaques, statues, and art to solve riddles that can only be found on location. If you can't find the answer, simply continue on to the next location. Answer trivia questions and complete photo challenges or earn extra points for each hidden treasure and photo you find. It's a fun activity for local residents as well as travelers visiting the city.

Theatre3 debuts the re-opening of Theatre Too with the longstanding fan favorite I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change
by Joe DiPietro and Jimmy Roberts. Presented as a series of vignettes, this crowd-pleasing comedy musical revue is about all of love's greatest challenges including dating, sex, marriage, and family life. The show runs through Saturday, February 18, 2023, and a specially-priced performance on Valentine's Day includes roses, chocolates, and a champagne toast.

Perot Museum | Valentine's on Tap
Spend an evening falling in love with science by exploring the museum's exhibits including access to the venue's latest exhibition, The Science Behind Pixar, presented by NexPoint. Additionally, guest will enjoy live music from the Little Lies Band, "A Fleetwood Mac Tribute" with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Food and drinks are available at an additional cost via food trucks from Mi Cocina, Cuates Kitchen, Sushi Dojo, and more.

In French, Bisous Bisous means Kiss, Kiss
or Lots of Love,
so it is no surprise that Valentine's Day is a special day for the French pâtisserie. Instead of a box of chocolates, give your sweetheart a box of French macarons. Bisous will be offering special heart-shaped Valentine French macarons in red velvet and chocolate dipped strawberry (6 for $15 or 12 for $30) as well as a box of dozen assorted signature macarons for $25. Cakes have also been hit by Cupid's arrow with Valentine's Day drip cakes (2 for $25) and red velvet Heart Cakes (10” for $50 and 6” for $35). Valentine's Day pre-orders are highly recommended and must be ordered by February 11.

If you're looking to change up your Valentine's Day experience this year from quiet and intimate to loud, raucous, and full of high energy, then consider attending a hockey game. The Dallas Stars, ranked as the number one team in the west, will battle the top team in the east as the Boston Bruins skate into town for their only visit of the year. Be sure to get tickets early since this game is likely to sell out as Boston Bruin fans typically represent when their team comes to town. Dress in Victory Green, and show up to out-cheer the Bruins fans.

This February 14, Greenville Avenue Pizza Company is making heart-shaped pizzas to infuse your celebration with romance—and cheese. GAPCo's pizza slayers will form the fresh dough into a heart, and then it's up to you to top it with your favorite toppings from pepperoni and Italian sausage to onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and pineapple. The 16-inch pizza starts at $17 and will be available at all three GAPCo locations: the original Greenville Ave shop, Peavy Road in East Dallas, and Richardson. It's only available on February 14, so don't miss your chance to spend Valentine's Day with pizza and the person you love.

Wine Lovers Celebration
For an extended Valentine's adventure which runs through February 24, 2023, indulge yourself in all that the Texas Wine Country has to offer by raising a glass and sipping award-winning wines in this picturesque region of the state. Each ticket for this self-guided tour costs $100 per couple (or $65 per individual) and includes a tasting at 40+ unique wineries (limit 4 wineries a day) and a 15% discount on three-bottle purchases. With the average tasting fee around $20, your passport ticket has a value of over $1,000.
