The annual Mad Hatter's Tea and Luncheon presented by the Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens is hosted each spring outdoors on the Ginsburg Plaza with a fashion show inside the adjacent Rosine Hall and features a Champagne reception, seated luncheon, glorious springtime azalea displays, and of course, wild and wonderful over-the-top hats.
