Mazda's award-winning subcompact crossover SUV is athletically attractive and safety-savvy as well.
Recognized as a World Car Design of the Year finalist and a 2018 IIHS Top Safety Pick*, Mazda's award-winning subcompact crossover SUV is not only athletically attractive, but it's safety-savvy as well.
Exterior updates like the Soul Red Crystal paint, new grille design, and attractive enhancements at the upper trim levels give the 2019 CX-3 a fresh modern appeal; while a redesigned center console, refitted vibration-absorbing seats, and a soft-touch microfiber dash treatment also give the interior a more comfortable feel. The new model is quieter too due to thicker door panels, thicker rear door glass, and absorptive material in the door seals which damp out road noise and improve sound quality in the cabin for better conversation clarity between vehicle occupants.
In addition to the significant styling considerations, the latest CX-3 makes safety features more accessible and now comes standard with i-ACTIVSENSE including blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert along with smart city brake support automatic emergency braking which operates between 2-19 mph. Bump up to the Grand Touring trim level (or add on the available Sport i-ACTIVSENSE package), and you'll also get adaptive front lighting, lane departure warning, high beam control, radar cruise control with stop and go function, as well as smart brake support which can automatically apply the brakes when it senses the possibility of a collision at highway speeds.
The CX-3 is equipped with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder SKYACTIV-G engine with standard G-Vectoring Control vehicle dynamics enhancements for driver confidence and increased control of 148 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. Offered in eight rich exterior colors with available premium extras like a BOSE® 7-speaker sound system, SiriusXM satellite radio, power glass moonroof, heated steering wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and more, the CX-3 achieves 31 mpg combined fuel economy and begins at a base MSRP of 20,390.
