Named after one of Italy's highest mountain passes, the expertly crafted Tonale exhibits natural organic curvatures paired with many of the iconic design details associated with its long-established legacy heritage. From the signature sharp-nosed face and V Scudetto Grille to its distinctively striking taillights, Tonale marks a noteworthy design evolution for Alfa Romeo. The athletically sculpted bodywork is highlighted by available 20-inch five-hole wheels which are reminiscent of a rotary-dial telephone and thus clearly echo the classic tenets of Alfa Romeo design.

As the first electrified vehicle in the Alfa Romeo lineup, Tonale combines the advantage of a standard gas-powered 256-hp turbo-four with the electric capability of a plug-in-hybrid powertrain with more than 30 miles of estimated all-electric range on a single charge. With race-inspired driving characteristics, Tonale achieves best-in-class dynamics; and even the base vehicle achieves highest-in-class horsepower.
