As Houston's largest holiday celebration and the nation's largest lantern festival of its kind, this spectacular event features larger-than-life lantern masterpieces using Chinese lantern-making techniques, some of which are 60-feet high. The festival also includes a holiday market square with food court and shopping areas, plenty of photo opportunities with appearances by Santa, authentic arts and crafts created by skilled Chinese artisans, nightly acrobatic performances (included in admission), amusement rides, games, and more.

Magical Winter Lights at Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie After garnering much success in Houston, the premier lantern festival has become one of the largest holiday events in the Greater Houston area and the largest lantern festival of its kind to have taken place in the U.S. The DFW festival will be held from Nov. 17, 2017 to Jan. 7, 2018 including major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
