Congratulations to Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Motor Manufacturing for receiving the title of 2022 Truck of Texas awarded annually by the Texas Auto Writers Association. By winning this coveted award for their all-new from-the-ground up 2022 Tundra, Toyota will receive the prestigious Truck of Texas Cup for the 2022 year.
The state of Texas sells more trucks than anywhere else in the world, which is why the original founders of the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) had the vision and foresight to start such an important competition like the Texas Truck Rodeo 25 years ago. Today, the title Truck of Texas and the Cup that represents that title is not just a participation trophy, but rather a highly respected award that is recognized around the world.
So get out and visit all the automotive shows that are opening back up across North America this spring and summer in order to see all the great 2022 vehicles. Be sure to also swing by the Toyota display and view not only the all-new 2022 Tundra, but also the beautiful Texas Auto Writers Association Truck of Texas Cup that will be available for viewing as well. Both are currently on display at the Houston Auto and Boat Show through Sunday, January 30, 2022.
Again, congratulations to the Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Motor Manufacturing for their well-deserved win.
